We do not believe in cookie cutter service or a one size fits all approach. Our service levels are based on client needs, volumes of activities and the type of VAT activities.

Platinum Level:
We have designed this level of service for Global and Multi-National Accounts with Air-Travel annual spending of $50 million or higher and/or a VAT potential refund of $500,000
The highlights of this program are:
  • Monthly service of US facilities and quarterly or semi annual service of non-US facilities.
  • Monthly Excel Spread Sheet of receipts processed and tracking of each document.
  • Relationship building- personal visits to European hotel/car rental companies, seeking cooperation from major travel vendors to obtain VAT acceptable invoices at the time of the check out.
  • Direct periodical contact with major non-travel suppliers to obtain VAT acceptable invoices at the front end and to reconcile invoices processed for VAT with AP vendor files and or AR supplier files.
  • Designated Account Manager and dedicated support staff for day to day dealing.
  • 24/7 on line status report
  • VAT news via our periodical VAT Newsletter
  • Restyling of invoices at a pre-negotiated fee

Gold Level:
This program is designed for corporations or academic institutions with a VAT refund potential of over $100,000 a year. We offer them the option of on-site retrieval service, plus our standard gold package services which include:
  • Clients' serviced on a quarterly basis
  • Cross check of receipt retrieval submitted with Travel Agency report, credit card vendor
  • Analysis of AP file, foreign wire transfers, P card purchases
  • VAT Awareness training to Travel Accounting staff, AP staff, providing VAT guidelines/manual
  • Dedicated Account Manager
  • 24/7 on line status report
  • VAT news via our periodical VAT Newsletter
  • Restyling of invoices at a pre-negotiated fee

Silver Level:
We recommend this level of service to clients with VAT potential of $25,000 and higher.
Our standard silver package offers the option of on site retrieval service plus:
  • Servicing clients on a six month basis.
  • Annual client review and periodical review of changes in the VAT regulations.
  • 24/7 on line status report
  • VAT news via our periodical VAT Newsletter
  • Restyling of invoices at a pre-negotiated fee

Bronze Level:
This level of service is recommended for VAT Recovery of $25,000 or less. We service client on an annual basis and recommend that they do their own retrieval. However, UVS prepares, submits and monitors all VAT refund claims. Reminder emails are sent periodically to indicate when it is time to send in invoices and other documents
