UVS Fees and Procedures

UVS operates on a contingency basis meaning there is no upfront cost to the client and earns its mutually agreed upon fees from successful refunds only. The amount retained by UVS, typically between 20% and 50%, is based on volume of invoices and level of service.

We ask that you:

Provide UVS with original invoices whether sent to us or UVS retrieves them; travel expense reports, tax ID information, proper documentation, individual country questionnaires and signed claim forms where applicable. After the claim has been processed and submitted and the VAT has been refunded and sent to UVS, we deduct our negotiated fee and send your company the balance.
